Filled with the finest chopped pork, Bramley apple, potato, and our secret seasoning. Carefully crimped by hand in delicious flaky pastry.

How are they delivered?

All of our pasties are delivered frozen - either baked, (packed & Labelled -ready to thaw & serve), or frozen raw to bake yourself.

They will arrive in temperature controlled packaging that will keep them safe for up to 24 hours

Baked Pasties

Baked pasties are ready for you to serve (Once thawed). On delivery there can be some give/flexibility in the pastry, but don't worry, your filling will still be frozen and will be perfectly safe to pop into your freezer.

We recommend that you refrigerate your pasties between 2 and 5 °C as soon as possible to defrost in the fridge. Once thawed, keep your pasties refrigerated and they should be eaten within 48hrs.

If you wish to keep your pasties frozen, they should be placed in the freezer on the day of delivery. Please defrost thoroughly before heating/serving,  and use within three months.

 

Frozen Raw Pasties

Frozen raw pasties need to be put in your freezer on the day of delivery, and used within three months. Frozen pasties can be baked from frozen.

Care Instructions

The pasties may be eaten hot or cold once baked/thawed.

Baked Pasties:

To heat up your Pasties (thoroughly defrost first), we recommend placing it on a baking tray in a preheated oven at 180- 200°C (350-400°F­ or Gas Mark 6) and heating for 10 - 15 minutes.

*If you have frozen your baked Pasties on delivery, please defrost thoroughly before heating.

Frozen Pasties:

You can bake them straight from frozen.

To make it simple we have pre-glazed the pastry an egg/milk wash (So they're ready to go straight in the oven). We recommend placing it on a baking tray in a preheated oven at 180- 200°C (350-400°F­ or Gas Mark 6) and baking for 40-50 minutes.

NOTE Remember, oven temperatures do vary and our baking time is based on the average oven.

We do not recommend heating Pasties in the microwave - it makes the pastry yucky!!
