Made from 100% plant-based ingredients, rich in cocoa and as creamy and delicious as traditional milk chocolate. For this dairy-free M_lk chocolate, milk is replaced with a 100% plant-based alternative: chufa. Chufa is the tuber from the plant Cyperus esculentus that grows in the Mediterranean region and Africa.
