Traditional homemade shortcrust pastry, filled with a light fluffy almond frangipan on a bed of raspberry jam and topped with flaked almonds.

Ingredients:

  • Ground rice flour, Sugar, Vegetable Margarine (Vegetable Oils (Palm & rapeseed), Water, Salt, Emulsifier (Polyglycerol esters of Fatty Acids), Flavouring: annatto, Colour: Curcumin), Eggs, Almond flavour, Wheat Flour (Calcium Carbonate, Iron, Niacin, Thiamin) Raising Agents (Calcium Phosphate, Sodium Bicarbonate)), Flaked Almonds, Jam (Glucose-Fructose Syrup, Raspberry Purée, Sugar, Citric Acid, Gelling Agent (Pectin), Acidity Regulator (Sodium Citrate)).
