This is SO amazing and so quick and easy - a great treat for a party or camping.


Ingredients

200g chocolate

300g marshmallows

Digestive biscuits or anything else you would like to dip (strawberries, shortbread etc)

Method

1. Heat the chocolate - I found it easier to melt the chocolate in the microwave in 30 second intervals and then transfer to the baking tin to avoid it over heating and becoming too thick.

2. Cover the melted chocolate with marshmallows.

3. Pop in the oven at 180C for 12-15 minutes until the marshmallows are toasted on the top.

4. Grab your digestive biscuit and dive in! Be careful, it will be very hot!

The dip can be kept in the fridge - just pop it back in the oven to reheat. Enjoy!
