Scottish tablet is the perfect sweet treat.

Similar to fudge, but with a more crumbly, sugary texture - so easy with this 4 ingredient recipe!


450g demerara sugar

115g butter

150ml milk

397g condensed milk


1. Add all ingredients to a pan and melt over a low heat.

2. Bring to the boil and simmer for 10-15 minutes, stirring continuously.

3. Remove from the heat and leave to cool for 5 minutes, stirring until a thick fudgy consistency.

4. Press into a lined tin and leave to set.
