This custard tart is SO easy to make! Just blitz everything in a food processor and bake!
No pastry required - while it bakes, it magically forms it's own crust!
400ml milk (I used semi-skimmed but you can use any)
2 tsp vanilla extract
Nutmeg for the top (optional)
Place all of the ingredients (except nutmeg) into a food processor and blitz until smooth. Pour the batter into a tart tin, sprinkle with lashings of nutmeg and bake for 45 minutes at 180C.
Allow to cool and be amazed how the tart magically forms its own custard layer and crust!
