These 6 ingredient biscuits are so tasty - they look great, are so easy to make and they make your house smell DELICIOUS!


180g self-raising flour

200g caster sugar

60g cocoa

2 eggs

60ml vegetable oil

50g icing sugar


1. Add all ingredients except the icing sugar to a food processor and blitz until a soft dough forms.

2. Wrap the dough in cling film and chill in the fridge for 1 hour.

3. Put the icing sugar into a shallow bowl or on a plate. Take small chunks of the dough (approx a heaped teaspoon) and roll into balls. Roll in the icing sugar to coat.

4. Space evenly on a baking tray and bake at 180C for 10 minutes. The biscuits will still be soft when you take them out of the oven but will firm up as they cool. Enjoy!
