This recipe could not be easier - a chocolate cake made with just 2 ingredients - flour and ice cream!! Yes you read that right!


1 litre chocolate ice cream

180g self raising flour


1. Let the ice cream melt (or give it a hand with the microwave!)

2. Add the flour and mix well.

3. Pour into a cake tin and bake at 180C for 25-30 minutes.

4. Allow to cool, that's it! You can add toppings if you like, icing sugar, Nutella, buttercream, strawberries etc - yum yum!
